  1. Dear team at Musq,

I could not find your contact details on the website. I hope you will get my message.
Is there any cheaper way to ship only one lipstick and creme foundation samples internationally? Maybe not registered, no tracking slow-mail (I mean regular)?
If registered mail for $27 is the only available option that's okay, just please let me know that it's all you can offer.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Kind Regards,
    Anastasia

    1. Dear Anastasia

Our email is on the site, but here it is: info@musq.com.au

We appreciate that some people may say they are prepared to accept more risks by saving money and having no registration but they are bound to feel very differently should their parcel never arrive!

So we always send products internationally by regular post but registered. When people are spending money to receive products they do not want the risk of their parcel being left in their letterbox or on the doorstep because they are out and then have it stolen. We do not want disappointed customers! The reference number and signature being required upon delivery give peace of mind by minimising risks as naturally we cannot take responsibility for what happens after we dispatch it to the postal service. Having it registered also enables us to have recorded proof we have indeed posted the order to the customer and correctly addressed it as per the order. Issues can still occur of course because once the parcel enters the destination country customs can delay or seize mail, the country’s postal service may not leave a calling card if the addressee is out etc so it is important that we can verify in the event of a dispute that we have fulfilled our obligations. Thankfully such problems are very rare with registered post, and of course people can elect to have their order to posted to them at work but if so they MUST have their PayPal address match their delivery address!

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions :)

      Kind regards, Musq.
